Karen,

Whew. What a long trip between Lyndon's window and today. Thanks for peeking in the window, and I'm so glad you enjoyed it!

Regards,

Kelly

P.S. Some of my old posts I'd rather not look at, but this one... it's still like I'm right there, that hot summer evening, and listening to the story I know for sure—after months of seesawing—that writing about the connections I see every day between great Customer Experience and all of our lives, is going to be a wonderful step forward.

It's still one of my favorite posts. :)

Kelly, I wasn't around in 2007 but am so thankful for digital archives. I so enjoy your posts today and it was nice to travel back. This is a beautifully written, deeply moving post. Lyndon's window - I don't think I'll soon forget that and it inspires me as I move forward to give my own customers an authentic, personal experience.
