Yes, of course some folks do have good experiences with them, but I have heard an awful lot of stories that match these. I must agree, only when I don't have any other choice will I use them. Luckily my employer has not a contract with UPS- we use 100% FedEx we do have a lof of business - we are happy with them; never in my mind will move my business to UPS. No way in my life time.
