Yes, of course some folks do have good experiences with them, but I have heard an awful lot of stories that match these. I must agree, only when I don&#039;t have any other choice will I use them.

		<description>I totally agreed with you about UPS -- the service is terrible - the worst - I only use them then I do not hace choices --I give my business to FedEx; by far a better service that I do not think will match in ages.  
Luckily my employer has not a contract with UPS- we use 100% FedEx we do have a lof of business - we are happy with them; never in my mind will move my business to UPS.  No way in my life time.
