That&#039;s it. You need to be explicit. These days, worse yet, not so many kids are like I was, coming in with most of the knowledge and just needing it laid out in front of them.

These days, common sense or not, you&#039;d better spell it ALL out, because your staff is not going to fill in the blanks for you.
