Kelly, You changed your site! The header appears bolder and brighter. Is it me, or did you do something to it? I do know a bit about design, because I’m a photographer. But when it comes to websites, ha! Need simple, like Zog. I think it’s interesting that you talk about your obsession with scent. Maybe we can bring this into our posts to make them pop. Something I have been mulling over…the five senses thing.
Do you mean, umm, recently? Because in that case give a big kiss to your optometrist from me, your new glasses are awesome. (In my case, readers from the pharmacy. Can’t get along without them.)
I did the big header redo about… oh dear. A month ago, maybe two. If you normally use email or a feed reader then like one of the networks used to say—it’s new to you. (Talk about horrible taglines!)
I just asked the exact same question at one of my favorite blogs, a not-quite A-lister who I’ve been reading forever (since at least C-list); I usually just read in my email, except when commenting. I’m not mentioning his name because the response to my fawning over the redesign and whether it was new was *crickets chirping.* Ah, well, maybe he was busy.
The total sensory experience, yes… My daughter’s always saying that the next thing will be tv-screens that smell like what you’re looking at (imaginative at 9, but who knows?). This would be good when I’m watching Alton Brown, but bad when I’m watching the Patriots. I don’t want smell-i-vision for that!!
Thanks for the compliment, and the comment. Glad to have your 2¢!
