I wrote this a few weeks ago when I was hearing a lot of people thinking out loud about  feeling &quot;done,&quot; but guilty about it. I held back on posting it, wondering about how it fits in here at MCE. I&#039;ve only heard it in conversation more often since I wrote it.

You can&#039;t keep feeding the beast if all the joy is gone. Customers sense it, and it drags your own spirit down. Much as I wish I could help every single client and contact to get their mojo back (as you wrote you have!), sometimes, it&#039;s just not the right thing to do.

Maybe the mojo moves on first, and you have to catch up to it sometimes!

I love the way you said this, simple and to the point.  We should always get up when we fall.  But sometimes we need to try something different.

If what you&#039;re doing isn&#039;t working, do something else.  Do anything else.
