Also wanted to note that photos #4 (if eyes were open) and #5 show very good facial structure, they’re both good angles for you. But I’m partial to the shoe-shot — can’t see spectators often enough.

Thanks! That’s what we have kids for: to get good photos for the scrapbooks. Mine is a real beauty, so the scrapbook is gorgeous.

Yeah, I used to do a lot of acting in college and earlier, but like ball players who realize they’d better read a few books in college, I started to doubt I had the fire in the belly for going all the way with acting and I did not want to be waitressing and waiting, so I moved on. I know myself too well for Hollywood to change me, but I likely won’t be testing that theory so it’s easy for me to say!

Loved your post today. Creative children definitely are a wonderful gift.

I liked it at an inch, but at gravatar-sized it is tough to discern. (See my comments at Friar’s blog for the only time shoes on a 5’10″ woman will ever look small. Who else is using gravatars right now… I can’t remember. It’ll be the hot thing James is kvetching about next… “I can’t comment on your blog, ‘cuz my forearm doesn’t show up in a little box on TypePad.” Hehe.)

Go with the shoes, if they work. I actually thought about doing that too as a gravatar (my feet, in my toe shoes). The one I have is probably too small.
