		<description>Wendi,

Thank you, thank you. It was a fun angle to write from, too.

Until later,

		<description>Kelly,
That post was so good and full of marketing info about what your company does that you should turn it into some type of marketing brochure for yourself.
Carry on.

Excellent!

		<description>Janice,

A tad. Hard not to be more diplomatic than Gordon, since he hasn&#039;t a shred of diplomacy. It&#039;s not really what he&#039;s there for, so why sugarcoat? Love love love that show.

Until later,

Kelly

<description>Kitchen nightmares!! That&#039;s it. That&#039;s kind of a fun show. Gordon is a bit ,intense, but boy, he tweak&#039;s them into shape.
I suspect you are a tad more diplomatic. :)

		<description>Steph,

I hope you get some good tips (there&#039;s plenty more, just dig around)—once you get those subjects figured out you&#039;ll be ready for staff, and then you&#039;ll have the power issues to deal with!

:)

Janice,

We try to whip up orders of that! Small biz owners are looking for that sizzle in all aspects of the business, as they should be. (Some big businesses are, too, but once they get big are lot seem to forget. Too bad.)

Yes, the show is Gordon Ramsay&#039;s Kitchen Nightmares. I adore it. He&#039;s a super chef who says it&#039;s all about the food (true... sort of...), yet he touches on all these issues in reworking a restaurant. The man&#039;s a genius and a closet Experience Designer for sure.

Thank you again for the great question!

Regards,

Kelly

		<description>Kelly,
Oh my. Thank you for the shout out and even more thanks for answering my question.

Money, Power, and Self.

They want a rainmaker, a dazzling staff and renewed inspired vision. Phew! Just whip up an order of that.

I think it is often easy to lose the sizzle, or lose sight of the sizzle in doing day to day on demand tasks. And that has to translate into lost revenues or quality of life.

There&#039;s a show on BBC, something about restaurants and tweaking them. Can&#039;t remember the name. Do you know the one I mean?
I have to go work but I will be pack to cruise those links. Thanks.

Janice
