Apparently he popped out of Brooklyn flea markets. (I had to research him in the middle of the night—I’m fascinated! He’s… led an odd life.)

When I lived in New Jersey there were still flea markets I’d go to with barkers like him (I assume there still are…)—they could all give super-annoying cheery Billy Mays a run for his money.
