It’s a matter of degrees, I think. That “feeling”—a feeling of sticking your neck out just a bit father than ever before—that’s a good thing. I’m guessing it’s not the rejection quite as much as it is that trying new tacks is a way of life for Mr. Legree!

Haha. I know what you mean about starting out being a good time to go for it, yet still… when I wrote my first more “personal” post—the third post I published here at MCE—I was completely worried about the reception it would get.

*big smile of remembering* I needn’t have worried. It was many weeks before posts here got any reception at all.
