Alex,

Thanks!

As to recharging... yes, yes. Very necessary for the grey days ahead. I heartily approve.

I'm with Friar on the photo - it's excellent. Very professional but caring.

As for simple summer stuff.... hmmm... recharge the personal batteries with some downtime. If business isn't hopping then take advantage of the slowness to take some personal time.

Melinda,

Thanks about the photo. The Kid took a look a few minutes ago and said she approves, too, so I guess this one will hang around a while.

Propheteer: sorry! I usually include a link when I use that term. It's MCE-speak for "raving fans of your company"—a cross between prophet and volunteer, because they're the best source of word-of-mouth for us little guys.

Well, taking a look at your sales process is "easy" if you hang back with a beer while they tell you what the experience is like, eh? And that is absolutely one of my favorite tweaks in any season. Excellent recommendation.

Until later,

Kelly

Hehehe, I HATE having my photo taken, which is why I go to a professional photographer for the one's I use on my site. Like the new photo Kelly. :-)

Back on topic, what is a Client Propheteer?

And easy customer experience tweaks? I'd be taking a look at my systems to see how well they're working, possibly asking someone who'd never seen it before to look through my site, make a purchase (not that I personally have anything for sale at the moment) and let me know how easy and smooth the process was. Not sure that comes under easy though?

*head muddled by lack of joking*

Thanks, you're a doll! That's what I'm always going for, but I hate having my picture taken so much that I wonder if I ever achieve it.

Okay..this is my HONEST assessment (no joking here).

Your photo has a serious side. Like you're trained professional and you really know your sh*t, and you can help your clients.

But there's also a softness to it. There's a trace of a smile that shows you also have a sense of humor and that you're fun to work with.

I like it.

Friar,

Again...?

;)

The old one was bugging me. But then, this one will be bugging me shortly. They all do. What do you think of it?

I like your way. Lots of photos of duck tollers. I should try that.

Regards,
