As for simple summer stuff…. hmmm… recharge the personal batteries with some downtime. If business isn’t hopping then take advantage of the slowness to take some personal time.

Propheteer: sorry! I usually include a link when I use that term. It’s MCE-speak for “raving fans of your company”—a cross between prophet and volunteer, because they’re the best source of word-of-mouth for us little guys.

Well, taking a look at your sales process is “easy” if you hang back with a beer while they tell you what the experience is like, eh? And that is absolutely one of my favorite tweaks in any season. Excellent recommendation.

Back on topic, what is a Client Propheteer?

And easy customer experience tweaks? I’d be taking a look at my systems to see how well they’re working, possibly asking someone who’d never seen it before to look through my site, make a purchase (not that I personally have anything for sale at the moment) and let me know how easy and smooth the process was. Not sure that comes under easy though?
