What do your customers know that you don’t know? (Suppliers? Competition? Employees? Trusted advisors?)

Try getting out from “behind the counter” and asking some smart questions today. When I’m just a random customer in a shop, I love having people ask me questions. Genuine curiosity never comes across as ignorance.
