So she’ll come back? Sure.

And so you like the person you see when you amble past the mirror.

Is that part of why some big companies are getting this all wrong ? Because there are no people in the company who feel a personal duty to the customer; no people who see the company’s deeds reflected back at them when they look in the mirror?
