To Go Where Your VisionPoints, a few inspiration points for you and your business.

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.
—Carl Bard

How does it end? We don’t know, but we are infinitely able to plan for it, and in those plans lies the control you might be looking for in an uncertain world.

Yesterday I mentioned that stopping is in most cases, easier than starting. One of the “cons” to that difficulty is that in our businesses, starting so often holds a lot more promise. But oh, the mental barriers we put up when considering a new purchase, a new hire, a new promotion, or a new direction…

Sure, there’s a little risk in starting down any new path.

Though it’s harder to see at first, there may be a lot more risk in standing still. If there’s a direction that’s been scaring the dickens out of you, picture that brand new ending you need, and use that mental picture as your starting gun.

Bam!
