To Go Where Your VisionPoints, a few inspiration points for you and your business.
I have never been especially impressed by the heroics of people who are convinced they are about to change the world. I am more awed by those who struggle to make one small difference after another.

The essence of your small business. The essence of mine. Working hard, making small changes—for ourselves, our families, and for the larger community.
Pretty awesome. Keep on making those small differences.

An old boss of mine used to say, “look after the small things, and the big things will look after themselves”.
And think about some of the (fairly) world-changing people we talk about here from time to time, like Seth Godin. He started small, one person at at time – and really, he still does that, albeit on a larger scale (his words change one person at a time, you know?)

@Brett – Ha! That’s exactly right. You can actually see the small differences build up in social media, can’t you? Your blog, your Twitter followers, your Facebook fans… I mean, I know that this post isn’t about that exactly. Just neat that you can see for yourself how making “one small difference” time after time really adds up.
